With Ubisoft not releasing any gameplay footage this close to the release window (this year's holidays, though we still haven't heard a concrete release date), I suppose something leaking has always been a risk, so it's not surprising to see some footage from Toronto's Fan Expo, filmed and uploaded by YouTuber "mufffinz97", surface.

From what I can see, the low quality cam footage seems to match pretty closely what's been described by the E3 preview, right down to the lowbrow humor and "Dragonborn" mentions, with a few glimpses at the UI which has more or less been kept under wraps so far.
