The first thing about the Construction Kit is that it is the same tool that is being used by the level designers and code monkeys at Bethesda Softworks to create the game. Everything that they can do to make the levels, you can do as well. To say that the editor is a powerful tool is an understatement - you can do almost anything with this thing, short of forcing Jessica Alba to become your sex slave forever.
