Building an expansion on the NWN base of resourses means you set yourself a high bar to clear in terms of quality, and Shadows of Undrentide does all it can appease old and new players alike in this regard. I am happy to report that I was satisfied by this offering, as it lived up to my personal expectations in most areas, and pleasantly surprised me in others.
With a strong emphasis placed on the ability to role-play the story with more freedom, along with expanded resources for world builders and player classes and abilities for players, Shadows of Undrentide get 2 thumbs up! A well executed release.
