Jonric: What are the best and worst parts of your job? And what are the biggest challenges you face?
Kevin Martens: The best part of being a game designer is the chance to be creative and actually get paid for it. I get the chance to express creativity in a concrete manner every day. This is a privilege and a responsibility. The biggest challenge is exactly this - trying to be creative every day whether the muse is at your shoulder or not.
