Is the cleric ability of swapping memorized spells for healing going to make it into NWN? For anyone who hasn't tried 3rd Ed yet, this makes a HUGE difference to the class, since it finally allows clerics to learn spells other than cures without being lynched by the rest of the party.
- According to the current plans, it's in. The programmers have already integrated it into the radial menu but it won't actually be functional until the spell system as a whole becomes a little more firmly implemented.
You're right, though - spontaneous casting for clerics is one of my favorite features of the 3rd Edition rules. It makes the class a lot more fun to play and allows for a lot more variation in playstyle.
