NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES

- The timer on the siege window will now be displayed correctly.

- The chat channel tab that was incorrectly titled "Friends" is now restored to "Chat".

- Fixed some problems where interface panels could mistakenly get set to zero alpha and be fully transparent.

- Fixed monster pathing problems with the new entrance sections of Krondon.
