Q: Playing a werewolf sounds like a lot of fun, admittedly, but is there a balancing act that takes place when designing a game that lets the gamer play such a potentially powerful creature? Is the gamer at a distinct disadvantage if he/she decides not to join the werewolves?
A: Despite what many may think, being a werewolf is not a gift -- it is a curse. Playing as a werewolf is not for the faint of heart, but I must say it is a lot of fun. If you are a werewolf, you can NEVER let anyone see you change to or from werewolf form. If anyone -- and I mean, anyone -- sees this transformation, you will be branded forever as a werewolf and attacked on sight. The challenge is to live your life normally, interacting as a person, while prowling at night as a werewolf. Of course, you'll have a powerful attack, be able to detect NPCs, and travel very quickly.
