No additional information about it is available so far, but Richard "Lord British" Garriott let us know through his twitter account that an "Ultima type" game for iOS and Android platforms is going to come out soon:

We are platform agnostic. Android will be there too, fear not!!

What exactly "Ultima type" means is up in the air at this point, although we can hope it's going to be an expansive RPG rather than a bite-size reduction of the classic franchise's gameplay.
