2K Games and Gearbox Software have quietly released their The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned DLC for the PC version of Borderlands at a somewhat discouraging $9.99 price point. If you own a digital download version of Borderlands and are looking for a zombie-killing fix over the weekend, then you'll need to purchase the addon via Steam or Direct2Drive.
