The guys over at Instant Kingdom have released a 97MB playable demo of Driftmoon, which should give you a pretty good indication of what you're getting yourself into before ponying up the roughly $20 cover charge. Here's a quick summary of the game in case you're unfamiliar with it, too:

In the beautiful world of Driftmoon there are always plenty of things to find and people to meet, and instead of fighting everything that moves, you can sometimes talk your way through. Driftmoon features a unique combination of adventuring, roleplaying and exploration elements with refreshing personal twists and surprises.

Driftmoon tells the story of the Pendant of Life, and how it was reforged. It is also a tale about how Robert lost everything but his bones, but that didn't stop him. And it is a story about the little firefly who wanted to be a big star, but was stuck in a crypt.

System Requirements
