First of all, we should shed some light on the difference between Borgovia and Borgova. Borgovia is the name of this ancient kingdom at the edge of the continent, a land of colossal mountains, dangerous forests and dark valleys. There are villages and small towns in Borgovia, but there is only one large metropolis: Borgova.
Borgova used to be the standard hunting ground for the creatures of the night: an ancient town with narrow alleys and crooked houses. But that's the past. It's a huge and majestic city now, illuminated by the greenish light of phlogiston lamps and the new wonder of electricity, and Van Helsing will explore all of its major regions. From the great avenues to the brick tunnels of the sewers, from its vast bathhouses to the gothic theatres he will confront the nightmarish creatures of science, in the old town and the new alike.
Prepare yourself to see the most obscure part of a truly gothic-noir metropolis.
