Jive Magazine is offering the second installment to their "Letters to Statesman" feature, in which City of Heroes fans could ask questions of Cryptic's Jack Emmert. The questions had to be asked as if they were an actual letter being mailed to the lead designer's in-game character, a star-spangled hero named Statesman. A bit of what to expect:

Dear Statesman,

I would like to know if there are plans to allow SG commanders to set the number of ranks in the SG? Will you allow the commanders to set the priviledges that each rank has?

And where did all those floating eyeballs go?!?!

Dear Halli -

We'll be making some supergroup tweaks in City of Villains, because supergroups play a large part in its gameplay.

The (eyeballs) are Sentries and they have been beaten back into the Shadow Shard. Investigate it at your own risk!
