Why are you nerfing Wereforms?
Stacking movement speed and attack speed buffs were too much, and it was creating balance issues because characters could not be caught by mere mortals. They were also dealing out damage way too fast. Stacking all possible attribute buffs, for a grand total of +140 to strength, dexterity, and constitution, is also out of bounds for balance.
We are correcting the issues by keeping all non-attribute wereform effects, like movement speed and attack speed buffs, from stacking with others. Hybrid "stackable" buffs, like the ranger's Grace of the Stag and the huntress' Phaedra's Fury, will also cease to stack with wereforms. The final effect with more trains in it will override the one with less, so if you have 40 trains in your Grace of the Stag and 20 trains in Vargr Shape, Grace of the Stag will win out.
Normal healer buffs, like Blessing of Strength, will continue to stack as usual. You will still be running and attacking plenty fast, and you'll still buff your primary attributes up to +115 for the short duration of the transformation.
