• Dossier information on Albatross. Purchasing this intel will expand your dossier on the elusive G22 agent known only as Albatross.
  
  
• Dossier information on Sis. Purchasing this intel will expand your dossier on the G22 operative that goes by the codename "Sis."

Walkthrough

You'll meet with Albatross in Moscow Park. You'll have to make a pair of decisions when you talk to him. First off, you'll have to decide if you want to mention Sis's locket:

• If you do, and if you also take the "Sis" dialogue option, then you'll lose a point of reputation with Albatross, gain three points of reputation with Sis, and gain two dossier facts (one secret) about Sis.
  
  
• If you don't, then nothing will happen.

At the end of your conversation with Albatross, he'll ask you to ally yourself with G22:

• If you agree, then a whole bunch of new items will become available at the clearinghouse.
  
  
• If you refuse, then you'll gain G22's secret dossier fact.

As far as we can tell, the second decision won't really change anything. Even if you refuse the alliance with G22, Albatross will still be available as a handler for your upcoming missions.
