Q: Nowadays there's tendency to make RPG characters more or less believable. Brutal warriors covered with scars and tattoos are true trademark of present RPG generation. But in Divinity 2 we can see sleek well-groomed heroes who wear shiny, fancy armor. Why had you chosen to give up naturalism and create noble rosy-cheeked warriors?
A: We mustn't forget that the game has its own universe and also how far are you willing to go in the design process to make it realistic. As far as the puzzles and dialogs in the game are concerned we tried to keep them light and funny so having these bruised and cut warriors wouldn't have fitted the context immediately.
