The new expansion pack will be the first to extend the amount of new gameplay to include players of lower levels; the goal is to have a full amount of new content to support a character starting at level one and working up all the way to level 70, which will remain the level cap in the expansion. To encourage players to try out this new content, there'll be a new playable race in the expansion, the Fae, along with their own new starting tree city. The Fae will be a neutral race. The new content is designed for players of any orientation, from solo and small group to full raid content.
The second is at IGN PC:
The areas around Kelethin known as Greater and Lesser Faydark have been changed dramatically by the breaking of the world so while it will be recognizable by some old EQ players, there's a lot new to see. The area in general has a much more playful enchanted look to it. Giant mushrooms sprout from the ground and bright colors are used in many places. Steamfont is actually covered in all sorts of giant gears as well and filled with clockwork creatures including the gigantic Clockwork Menace which looks almost like a metal version of a tyrannosaurus.
And the third is at MMORPG.com:
We do know some of the zones that will be available. The Greater and Lesser Faydark, Kelethin, Crushbone Yes, Emperor Crush the 200th lives! Mistmoore, Steamfont with the Clockwork Menace Boss Mob in the caverns. there are over 20 zones. Old Faydwer in EverQuest did not have that many.
