1: Upon entering ApostleCorp, you'll be greeted by Klara Sparks, who hands you a BIOMOD CANISTER. I'd recommend upgrading Biotox Attack Drone, Speed Enhancement, or beginning the Aggressive Defense Drone for later. After the conversation, she will open the door ahead, enter and begin battle with the Templars. She can die so you might want to go in and help. Biotox Attack Drone is handy here. When it's over, continue through the exit back of the room.
2: When you get to the red lasers in an archway, a Paladin will be closing in so be ready with your Spy Drone or other weapon. Climb through the vent grate at the back of this room. Enter a room with two more Paladins which you'll need to subdue. Continue through to the Conference Room (labeled above the door) and take down the Paladin inside. The next room is blocked by a sofa that you can climb over and find the security chief. If you feel like killing him for the Harvester quest back in North Medina, this is your chance. 300 credits would be your reward and we are going back to the area soon. I chose to leave him be.
3: Exit the room blocked by the table and continue down the corridor, and then again down a ramp to the Office Suite, bypassing a set of green lasers on the way. Enter the Office and once again do battle with a couple Paladins. When they're effectively out of the picture, you can view the holocomm in one of the cubicles, search for items, and exit through the Laboratory Suite door.
4: As you head down the stairs, Lin-May Chen reminds you to kill Dr. Nassif. Inside the Laboratory is a security bot you'll see fairly quickly to your left. Take him down from afar using your Spy Drone or perhaps three (un-modded) alt-fire shots from your Mag Rail. There is one more security bot in the area off to the right you'll need to disable, and one camera to the left as you enter the Laboratory proper. In a nearby cabinet is a normal BIOMOD CANISTER. Head right, take down the security bot, and continue down the path until you reach Leila Nassif behind glass.
5: Talk to her repeatedly to learn of a revelation, and afterward, you'll have the option of killing her (and fighting Klara Sparks as well), or leaving her be. There is some benefit to leaving her alive but that choice is up to you. For now, backtrack out of Arcology Air to Arcology, Level 107, and head toward NG. On your way, you're stopped by Ava Johnson at the holocomm near NG, and told that she's finished her search of Cairo and ready to take you to your next destination. She'll be in her chopper where she dropped you off, just up from Queequeg's in South Medina. Notice Sid Black standing next to the coffe shop.
6: Talk to NG twice to receive disbursement rewards for the corrupt Arcology Chairman (that you may have bribed), and again to tell her about her manager taking bribes for coffee shops. By now you should have a nice credit stash. Exit Arcology 107 and return down the ramp to Maintenance (mispelled in the game). When you get to the bottom of the ramp, head right into the Nanoformer Programming corridor. Follow it until you reach a console. Use the code you got from the Hangar Bay 24 storage room safe, and enable the counter nanite distrubution into the air. Watch below as the machines roll out into the atmosphere from their storage place. You'll be congratulated by Lin-May Chen for doing this deed.
7: Now it's time to collect your quest rewards in North Medina before we board Ava's chopper. Head back out from Arcology using the maintenance elevator nearby, past Queequeg's Coffee and into North Medina. Find Leo Jankowski and tell him what you learned from spying on the Templars, that there will be a raid within the hour. Talk to the Omar Trader to learn of a weak spot in the Power Armor. Exit North Medina into South Medina, and then return to North Medina immediately to simulate giving Leo time to take care of the impending Templar raid. Talk with him again for your split of his bonus.
8: Head into the apartment area and up two flights of stairs to the Nassif residence. Collect your 300 credits for freeing the students and then make your way back to the starting Helipad in South Medina, where you were dropped off by Ava, up the ladder across from Queequeg's. Board the chopper and make for Trier. Interesting to hear how flat and machine-like Ava sounds.
