Walkthrough
Having already rescued Arlos ar-Kerran in the previous quest in the
Waterworks quest line, your goal in this quest is to fight your way to his brother Venn, who is being kept in the Clan Tunnelworm prison (#13). To get there, you'll have to pull four levers (#3) to open a grate (#3a), and then descend into a lower part of the sewer system where you'll have to fight Boss Jittik (#12), so you can acquire the password to the prison. With password in hand, you'll be able to enter the fourth and final quest in the quest line.

2 - Levers / Grates
You'll find two levers (on the ground level) and two grates (next to the ledges) at these two spots. Despite the color coding of the levers and grates, you'll need to pull both levers to open the grates.
3 - Levers / Grate
You'll need to pull all four levers (#3) to open the grate in the floor (#3a). Dropping through the grate will land you in a watery area with ledges, where you'll have to fight some kobolds and pull a lever to open the door on the eastern side.
4 - Ryssal (Random Boss)
Ryssal is a troglodyte boss.
5 - Krung the Brutal
Killing Krung will complete an optional objective.
6 - Acid Traps
These acid traps aren't regular traps. They can only be disabled by turning three valves inside the tunnel where they're located. So you'll need to send somebody into the tunnel to turn them off. If you don't have anybody with acid resistance in your party, then send the person with the best reflex saves.
7 - Underwater Tunnel
The underwater tunnel (#7) is protected by a series of grates. If you pull the lever on the southern side of the tunnel (#7a), then half of the gates will open, and the other half will close. That is, to get through the tunnel, one character will have to swim through the tunnel, and another will have to repeatedly pull the lever to open and close the gates. As long as the "puller" pulls the lever as quickly as possible, then the swimmer should be able to make it through before running out of air (but of course, it's always safer to use a warforged character or somebody with underwater action to do the swimming). On the northern side of the tunnel you'll find another lever (#7b), and pulling this lever will open all of the grates, allowing the entire party to swim through.
8 - Chest Ambush / Witch Doctor Krankos (Random Boss)
You'll always find a treasure chest here, but when you open it up, a few kobolds will appear in the room and attack you. It's also possible that you'll run into the kobold boss Witch Doctor Squagh here.
9 - Lever / Door
You'll need to climb up on the ledges to reach the lever (#9). Pulling the lever will open the door to the west (#9a).
10 - Witch Doctor Krankos (Random Boss)
Krankos is a kobold boss.
11 - Hobgoblin Bodyguards / Hobgoblin Emissary (Random Boss)
You'll always find a treasure chest plus a few hobgoblin bodyguards here, and sometimes you'll also encounter a hobgoblin emissary.
If the emissary isn't there, you can close and re-open the secret door that leads to
the room, and then he'll there.
12 - Dais / Boss Jittik
On the dais here you'll encounter Boss Jittik and a few of his closest kobold friends. Also on the dais you might notice two treasure chests and a lever. Inside one of the treasure chests you'll find the
Password to Boss Jittik's Prison. Only one person needs to pick this item up to complete the required objective, and then the item can immediately be discarded. The lever on the dais opens the door leading to the exit (#13).
13 - Exit to Clan Tunnelworm Prison
Going through this exit will take you to the next quest in the quest line, Venn's Trail: Venn's Fate. If you don't want to start that quest yet, then you can recall and use the entrance for this quest (in the Waterworks) to start it instead.
