You'll automatically receive this bronze quest after completing the Prophets of the Fire Heart quest, provided that you didn't claim the Sword of Aeons for your own.


Walkthrough

This is a minor quest. It's a way for people who declined the Sword of Aeons to pick up a comparable (actually identical) sword.

The quest starts in Maze's Tower (#1) in the Heroes' Guild. When you click on the shelves in Maze's quarters, you'll find some of Maze's notes, detailing his search for the legendary sword Avo's Tear. Among other things, you'll read, "One need only read the inscription on the empty grave in the Guild courtyard (#2) and think of the weapon to be judged by the Old Heroes." When you do that, you'll receive Avo's Tear and complete the quest.
