The Sacred Head of the Vault Dweller, or so it claims to be. When you strike up a conversation with the head, it will dispute your claim to be the Chosen One. This will go on for twelve hours, after which the head will reward you with a Monument Chunk. The chunk can be used to temporarily grant your character the following bonuses: Strength +3, Agility +3, Damage Resistance +50. If that's a bonus that interests you, there are three more Monument Chunks that can be nabbed if you have a sufficient Steal skill.
