I am not sure what you mean by "where am i getting the grenade" I would like to be able to use a cheat to add grenades ot my inventory

I want to give myself grenades but I dont know the exact name.
I was sent a link to a long list of items and weapons but grenades were not included

I type getitem fraggren or frag grenade
but I cant seem to get any grenades. What I
get in my inventory is a gray icon that looks
like a grenade but is not a grenade. The description
in inventory says its not a valid item?
