I'm currently playing a 15-wizardslayer dualclassed to 20-thief in SoA (+watchers keep).

I wanna get the thief "use any item" ability, so he can equip casomyr, but when do I get my first choice of abilities?

I got Jan in my party and I think he got his first ability at around 15.

I've played quite a few MMORPGs. EverQuest, Anarchy Online (2½+ years), Lineage, StarWars Galaxies, Final Fantasy XI, Earth & Beyond and I'm playing Dark Age of Camelot atm.

In Anarchy Online you could you this method of payment.
The cards could be bought in most big computer stores, atleast the ones that sold AO.

Blizzard officials haven't made any comments on this subject yet as far as I know.
