Call me boring, but small guns. Hunting rifle -> sniper rifle -> gauss rifle.

And then I'd go with big guns, I just love that bozar.

Oh, Marcus is the man! Give him a Bozar and a rocket launcher, when he doesn't wipe out the party he sure messes up everything else.

And how can you not love herold? Sure he isn't playable, but he has a tree in his head!

Then you need the sniper perk and the better criticals perk. stick to big sniper type guns, the gauss rifle, pulse rifle, bozar. The gauss rifle has the best penetration of any weapon and it's also a small gun class, my first choice in weapon usually.

there are a few scenarios where you have to kill someone though. My favorite way of killing people is to plant tnt on them with the steal skill. You can even plant tnt on the ground without alerting people if you put it in a bag before you drop it. putting several tnts in a bag first is also an ...

Yep, you can enter the other bases as soon as you retrieve the virtibird plans, but they're just empty rooms. I was kinda hoping they'd all have goodies, but all the others I traveled to were empty.

Assuming you have a decent monitor you should be able adjust that from buttons on the front of your monitor. (the monitor has different geometry settings for every resolution, so adjusting yo 800x600 settings shouldn't effect your normal 1024x768 settings (this is assuming you bought your monitor ...

As long as you're pick pocketing people for armor, you could always go all out. walk all the way from modoc to new SF. just run away if you get into any fights, no problem. once you get to new SF steal HK g11 guns from people (almost everyone in the tanker has one) now trade like 4 or 5 of these for ...

I've found some kickin npc combos. Here are my favorites starting with who I've found to be most useful.

1. Marcus with a rocket launcher and a Bozar, he'll know which one to use. He often does more damage than I do. Sometimes he'll hit friendly units, but surprisingly rarely if you give him a ...

Oh man, the slayer perk is so funny when you're boxing or fighting the evil kung Fu guy in SF. with every hit they fly backward, make a successful hit to the head and they're all done.

*note this can cause bugs, unconscious people may remain in the ring and wake up in a later fight. Luckily you can ...

Have you considered that the maps you're looking for may not exist?

It sounds like what you want is a miniature version of the whole town like you see it in the main window.

Well, you can make one. go to upper left corner of town, take a screenshot, move right a bit, take a screenshot etc. once ...

So that movie i mentioned Six String Samurai can be really hard to find. It was really pretty obscure as it was more of a student film project than an actual major motion picture. But if you would like to see it and also know how Bit Torrent works you can find the movie Here . This is time sensitive ...

Yeah, that's always fun. but unfortunately it seems whenever I do that the town goes hostile with me... I did however manage to kill AHS-9 like that. I put some C4 and dynamite in a backpack and planted the backpack on him. backpacks and bags are also cool because normally people go hostile when you ...

Well what kind of story do you want to do? a single hero in random adventures (Mad Max, Conan, Indiana Jones) or more like a group of people on a journey or mission (the Stand, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars) or just an interesting story within this fantasy world (Dark City, A Knight's Tale, Harry ...

lol, it's already been done. ever heard of Mad Max? actually much of the content from fallout was based on Mad Max (the leather jacket in fallout for instance is the same jacket Mel Gibson wears through the whole movie). Many of the basic concepts like fuel, ammo and water being very scarce come ...
