My brother and I want to play NWN together (using Lan) but whenever we try to make characters we get an error: Unauthorized CD.

Anyone know how to fix this? (we are trying to use only 1 cd to play together and we still get the error when the CD is in computer)

I'm having trouble killing the "Floating Head" ( The Ruins 3 level ). I have had all four of us whack at it a couple of times and it will not go down. Any advice ?.

You have to be level 6 or 7 to be able to complete the quest i think. But just be patient and just level up a bit more and you should be able to do the quest.

How long does the summon last? It doesnt say a duration so does it last untill it is unsummoned? Or does it dissapear after awhile?

Yeah the mark and return/reaper dimension abilities are there after Chapter 1, but if I remember correctly once in Chapter 2 you cannot travel back to areas in Chapter 1. In Chapter 3 I don't think you can use the relic at all.

There is no smith in chapter 2. But in Chapter 3 you can find one.

Well if you are talking about white items (items without sockets or being eth) then you can find them everywhere. Just the type is diffrent. Depending on the item grade (Normal, Exceptional, Elite) it all depends on your difficulty.

To me he was no problem (using a level 28ish Cleric). I used one heal potion and no heal spells the whole fight. My Secret? 6 Storms Of Vengeance He got owned pretty badly.

To equip the merc. all you need to do is open their inventory (default key is 'o') Then open your inventory and transfer the items you want them to use. But they have dex, str, and level restrictions so keep that in mind.

This is an easy answer. You're not currently on the quest at that point, the quest starts for you when you enter the picnic area. You should try some other quest because you cant get a key during that time.

Yes, im on the current patch 1.67? All i know its the most recent one.
