Have you played Car Arcanum? What do you think of it? I personally have played a bit of it, but I'm not sure if I like most of it's extra features. Although I have to say that so far I enjoy the extra locations and buildings.

I would suggest not to spend any points in constitution at all, especially if you chose to have one of the backgrounds or races that give extra constitution. You can always equip your self with the ring of virility or that necklace that fawn (I think) carries with her that give you +6 points of ...

Some cursed items are actually quite good. The drawbacks that they have are not very important.
