I didn't want to post but apparently Kotor III has been scrapped.
Lucasarts had a team working on it but they ended up laying them off in the great lay-off (31 people fired)

Erm, I strongly advise against using dark matter as the mediator force for the character. Use some other, non-real particle. I mean, knowing the properties of dark matter, how would you explain that we can control them?
Then again you would probuably face the same challenge if using telekenisis in ...

1) Before I returned Fable, I had played and maxed all my stats. I loved the cool glowing of my hands and even the plain blue tattoos. But I heard, from not very reliable sources that the tattoos can glow, like maze's.

Yeah, I suppose....
You can't really aim at the "vital" organs with a fireball due to the size of it.
It probuably hits ALL the vital organs anyway : )
That's why it does the intense damage. So there really would be no advantage from sneak attacking with a fireball, because its not like you can do ...
