Shining body paint for will users...

1) Before I returned Fable, I had played and maxed all my stats. I loved the cool glowing of my hands and even the plain blue tattoos. But I heard, from not very reliable sources that the tattoos can glow, like maze's.
Is this true?
2) Does wearing the wizard gear affect casting in any way?
3) If I had a melee weapon with 3 mana augmentations, and a ranged one with 3 augmentation spots, would I get the sum of all of their benefits.

i dont think that clothes have affect on use of magic.
i have glowing hands and blue tattoos to, but the tattoos arent glowing.
i dont know about the augmentions

But here's one question that I'd like to know the answer to...
x) At what age do you start to get grey hairs (in fable)
