Theres also the gigalo perk. If u sleep around too much. And you can get "porn star" if you make a film with the brothers in New Reno. Porn star affects your npc's no one wants to hang with a porn star. But hey. Its worth it to get it then reload. lol

Put it in ur item slot. Then click on it, and you get a yellow cross hair, use this to click on the thing you wanna lockpick and all is well.
