Ok when you talk to General Valku (think its right) on Onderon before storming the Sky Ramp you can tell him that you want to train all force potentials and have them under your control - is this something they missed out again or can you actually do that?

If you have Hanharr with you choose him to acompany your characters for that mission and he basically kills all three of them for you

Ok, once HK-47 is active again he mentions something about the droid factory and that the sonic sensor (you got on Peragus) could led you to that factory. But where is it? Did they forget to put it in?

To follow on from KOTOR 2 - i mean it uses the character you have got at the end and you start at the same level as you where - in which you have to find Reven and discover what was happening.
