Has anyone done everything that G0-T0 require's you to do in order to stabilise the galaxy?
i think its bring stability to Dantooine, Onderon and bring fuel to Telos

Yes, but I think that you need the [url="http://www.team-gizka.org/downloads.html"]Fuel For Telos Quest Fix[/url], before you can get the reward for stabilising Telos, though...
