Supposedly he is at the Eight Plates, but I cannot find him. Is he somewhere else or is this a bug?

I was actually going to escort him, and asked him to follow. But somwhere along the way he stops following or something. Is this common? Is there a way to get to the next Mage Guild assignment if this one falls through?

My game is freezing constantly and sometimes completely cutting out. I downloaded the patch, will this help or is this part of the game?

Where are her quarters in Vivec, I can't seem to find them.

I got a mission in Vivec to steal some green glass or crystal in Ebonheart from a boat. The only boat around has two hatches to unlock and has one person guarding it. I can't open the locks and the creature allows me to travel to other places. Is this the right ship or is there another?

Still no luck. I'm level 21, have 5 points in embellish weapons and have several "charmable" items and various charms. None of the slots will open up on the items. I tried a couple of BD sites, but they were no help. Anyone know what the problem might be.

At what point to I get to use charms? In DD I had to have the skill, but so far in BD I haven't seen anything that equates.

How do I change the resolution on my game?

Did you try opening your inventory and dragging the note over to the inventory. Many of the items that are part of a quest have to be dragged instead of clicked on.

You'll probably have to wait until you gain some levels before killing some of them. They also regenerate very fast, so you'll have to continually pound away at them with fire, lighting, etc. A couple of them will even follow you around until you can shake them, but they will return to the general ...

Why won't the merchants buy from me? I can only sell a couple of things at a time and usually at a loss. I've got stuff piling up around their tents.
