The Jumping the Bail/Mudd quests. If you go to Downtown and listen to the answerphone before reporting back to the Bail Bond place your quest log fails to update properly and the following quests are derailed.

I found the exact sequence for the pumps was:
1) Turn the Pump Control switch on
2) Use computer, select pumps off (computer says 'pumps in transition'.)
3) Turn Pump Control on again
4) Use computer, select pumps off again (should hear a noise and it says 'shutting down pumps'.)
