The only polish RPG ive heard is The Witcher and it looks very good. I read the book made by the creator of The Witcher world and its really original i think. A monster-hunter is a unique way of casting spells,humoristic too.

mmm i think its true that older FF are the best (FF3,FF7). FF8 got a nice classic story but..stealing magic is so annoying (i got it for PC btw). I've played for nearly 5 hours and im only in Ravenholm (chapter 4 i think) Medium difficulty. This game is awesome (although the loading times are really long if you got only 512mb RAM). There are 15 chapters i think so it means maybe 20 hours to finish...when you dont know the game.

By my experience...ATi cards are very powerful and.....UNSTABLE. The problem with ATI is the drivers. When they try to fix out a bug, instability in any game...they make a patch and usually add new problems. ATI drivers are trully a vicious circle. I got a Radeon 9700 Pro 128mb...and trust me ...
