Google is your friend. I did a search on developers, games and Polish, together, and found this.
You can search, next time.

In this day and age - I think it is rare for any nation to make a RPG worth waiting for unfortunally....
I have hopes that The Wither will be a decent RPG, but with recent experiences with the RPG genre; I am not holding my breath - and expecting yet another combat-intense, dumbed down puzzle, easy-quests action game
Okay - call me Mr. Negative now, but I've lost much hope in the genre.

I'd have to agree. Those small developers that are left typically are doing work under orders from big publishers. The ones that aren't all too often turn out AD&D-style cookie cutter RPGs by the yard. There was a Russian firm a year or two ago that came out with a new RPG--and it featured the same elves, dwarves, etc, etc, that everybody else uses. Given the wonderful folk legends of Russia, just think what they could have done if they'd thought for themselves.
At least there's Anito, from Aninio Entertainment: a Phillipine RPG with a decidedly local flavor.
