1 question, how do I get into the base? I "killed" the deadly turrets with a hunting rifle. I found the howitzer shell, but not howitzer?! I am stuck..... help!

I am keen on getting a luck stat of 10 (since it eventually leads to better hit points if you drink at the right bar), but were and how did ...

So there will be no Fallout3 from Interplay? I heard a rumor that somebody else will is going to pick up the Fallout story, is that true? I that case I hope they manage maintain the spirit of Fallout.

I have a question about the Toxic Caves where you rescue Smiley. There is a elevator that isn´t working (I havent played through Fallout 2 yet, just discovered the fantastic world of Fallout) is it just a dead end or could it be fixed?
