Please, use the Search-Option instead of posting questions already answered in other Threads.

The "notarget" command makes the PLAYER(!) invisible to NPCs. But, every effect the player causes is NOT be invisible to NPCs. When you are invisible (as a result of stealth or the notarget-command) and you open a door in front of a NPC, he will notice that someone is there and you fail the quest ...
