Does increase in wisdom also increase the saving throw in TOB??? And for paladin increase in charisma will increase the saving throw??? i got messed up with 3d rules in icewind.

I plan to make a cunning bard, which he can cast protective spells on himself and sneak at enemy back and backstab using dual wield.

is intelligence important to bard?
