I saw that sun on the walls of "enlighteed" builgings, but since I wasn't able to get thru the guy (having trouble with plaugebearers quest, just like many of us here), so I got stuck.

I guess I shell start the game all over and get it right.

Can anyone tell me where am I suppose to look for the tremere agent, that leaves me a riddle about some place in Downtown where shines magical sun?

P.S. I'm well past Santa Monica now, but I still haven't done quest "Hunted Hunter", I" just can't find the guy - Virgil ...
