magical sun *spoilers???*

Can anyone tell me where am I suppose to look for the tremere agent, that leaves me a riddle about some place in Downtown where shines magical sun?

P.S. I'm well past Santa Monica now, but I still haven't done quest "Hunted Hunter", I" just can't find the guy - Virgil Crumb... (some asian vampire hunting down a ghoul from night club).

I cant give you the exact location, but remember that not all hints are on floorlevel!

Invisible Sun

Strauss has a place opposite the place where there is a Plaguebearer's skull-sun graffiti on the wall. it is well-lit by a street-light if I recall correctly.

It is on the way to the Last Round.

Yeah, like the others said, some clues are below street level and some are above street level. Sometimes when I'm stuck, I go back and retrace my footsteps, this time looking both up and down more.

thanks

thanks everyone!

I saw that sun on the walls of "enlighteed" builgings, but since I wasn't able to get thru the guy (having trouble with plaugebearers quest, just like many of us here), so I got stuck.

I guess I shell start the game all over and get it right.

No no no! Thats not the building. To be enlightened you need to defeat a powerful vampire later in the game!
To reach the magical sun...Look for a purple sun you're very close to it.

When I first played the game, the words of the note (dark blood... alight this verse) and the presence of the SunCo gasoline station in Santa Monica led me to believe that, for some odd reason in this odd city, the Tremere ran a petroleum company in Downtown L.A.

The dark blood being oil, which is used to light up things.

Of course, the Tremere being all that they are, don't resort to such crass materialism. The Tremere Chantry has an unusual, magical aspect about it that is visible from the streets. Simply look up at the buildings and pick out the one that simply screams "Sorcerors live here!"

sorry if I confused you - Strauss lives NEAR the plague-bearer's place.

that 'enlightened' crap only becomes clear once you have got revenge for Tin Can Bill. You cannot go through there otherwise - and a low-level character shouldn't even try.

Eh, when I found the place I never even noticed the sun, I just looked for a door with handles that wasn't one marked on the bus maps.
