i should have saved at the point where you have the option to decide the particulare ending, so i can try them all. is there anyway to get there without having to play the whole game again?

i am told a tip for success if to select targets and weapon modes for each person in your party prior to combat. i can do this for my character, but i leave the game on combat pause and switch characters and the game won't let me select targets and weapon modes for my party members. how do you do it ...
