I had a small mod running so the gavel was'nt showing up. I have it now.

Help...can't find gavel of convening
I feel like a noob all over again :rolleyes:
I have looked all over the crypt many times and just cannot find where the gavel must be. I've been given the quest by the guard captian so I just MUST be missing something. If anyone could just please let me know where I might find it I can move along ...
