Killing Ming with Sword

Here's what worked for me.

After many, many failed attempts, I managed to kill Ming. Now against the Sheriff I've tried all kinds of ranged weapons but he disappears and reappears behind me then chops me into minced meat with that huge sword. Open Door

Don't use the 'use' key. Just walk against the bar left-to-right. On the right end of the bar a type of handle sticks out. It is easier to have your character lean against that and then move forward, facing right of the door. Good luck when you finally meet Ming. You're going to need it.
