When I brought Keldorn back in my party after giving his one day leave, I swapped Nalia with him.
Nalia told me then that she would return to the D'Arnise Keep. When I later in the game wished to put her back in my party, I could not find here anywhere on that map.

I just started playing BG2 and found that the sword&shield proficiency in its current form does not make much sense.
Why should one get a AC bonus against missile weapons? You don't use a shield primarily to block incoming missiles besides maybe covering behind it.

It seems that the damage reduction mod only changes the properties of armor items. So a NPC needs to wear some kind of armour in its inventory to benefit from this mod. Innate AC or AC bonus due to spells will not give any bonus in terms of damage reduction.

I just found the ease-of-use mod provided bei Weimer.
There is one rule modification concerning armor which caught my attention:
It changes armor in a way that it now give addtional damage reduction according to its AC. I found this idea very much appealing since I anyway never liked D&D's AC ...

Playing ICWD II without mages and rogues
Do you think it is possible to play through Icewind Dale without a mage and a rogue in your party?
The party I have in mind should only consist of Aasimar humans with
1 Paladin (Helm)
1 Cleric (Helm)
4 Fighters (heavy armoured with sword/shield)
From a RPG perspective a rogue and a mage don't fit ...
