The Answer

You're right - the problem lies in insufficient influence with Khelgar. At 10 or more, the dialogue with Hlam about Khelgar going monk results in a [success].

Time to score some influence!

Thank you for the advice. I've tried just about everything - reloading to an earlier save, reinitiating conversation with Hlam to report each trial separately, leaving the temple in between dialogues, even leaving for another module and returning between reports, and I still can't get Khelgar to ...

NWN2 deleted content?

NWN2 deleted content? [spoilers]

(Phew. Spewing threads like mad today.)

Attention - possibly some spoilers to be stumbled upon here

The only place I've seen any mention of NWN2 deleted content so far is the NWN2Wiki. It mostly talks about ...

Turning Khelgar into a Monk

Turning Khelgar

(similar thread here) Didn't think it a very wise idea to start kicking a three-month-old thread.

Just like Mr.Me, I've completed Khelgar's three Trials and spoken to ...

Finding the Construct

Finding the Construct

Hello, all

I've been snooping around the forums and going through various walkthroughs, but can't seem to find a straight answer to my question:

While going through the Githyanki Base, back at the end of Act I, I found the Construct and agreed to take it with me once I've ...
Why a teapot though is beyond me...
Isn't a teapot one of the 'primitives' used in 3D modelling? Along with sphere, cone, cube, cylinder, Gordian knot, and other stuff I can't remember right now, a teapot is also one of the basic shapes usually used at the ...

How about smiles?

It would be nice if the characters smiled occasionally. I only remember seeing several NPC laugh a few times (and my computer froze during a conversation with Atton once and he ended up with a hillariously stupid grin plastered across his face :D ). If we're so bent on having the ...

I don't think you can get 45 on Peragus without cheating or seriously exploiting an xp bug.

EDIT
I apologise for this post; a grave misunderstanding. (started ranting about Persuade, for goodness' sake...) So pardon me for echoing what's been said above. "Fool!"

You're right, Alcina;

Many battles does that one have left in him... as Revan intended. A general needs an army, as he needs those he trusts. And Canderous is a loyal beast, no matter how much he is broken upon Revan's will.

Ah well. I can't believe it slipped my mind. :p

Strangely enough, (or not), every time someone starts talking about the gigantic hyper-mall-warehouse's worth of inventory items, I remember my first playthrough of KotOR II - When I got to Malachor V and was browsing through my inventory for old times' sake, I realised I had spent nearly ...

Warning - spoilers ahead - badly hidden!!

As far as I know, Mandalore's true identity has to be figured out on your own; I don't think he ever tells you he's Canderous of clan Ordo , but there are little hints throughout the game. E.g., his first conversation with Kreia, where they both say ...

Personally, I'd appreciate it if there were a bit more stairs to be seen; it's mostly just the ramp-like altitude-change-overcomers everywhere. (little old ladies zooming around in wheelchairs all over the place! sorry.)

And when there was the occasional stair or two to climb, the camera jittered ...

Well, that explains it. Being the local Mary Sue goody-two-shoes, I never got much influence with G0T0... He did call me a walking catastrophe, though. It's his little way of being sentimental. :) Sorry, I'm ranting.

The idea never really occured to me until that one conversation between Bao-Dur and G0-T0, when G0-T0 zoomed up to him and Bao-Dur said, "What is it, Goto?"

And at that exact moment, it hit me. BAM!! Everything clicked.

:speech:

What a moment. I know it sounds weird, but that's the way it ...

I'm just about to finish as a 15 Consular, 14 Master, with LS Mastery. Admittedly, I did the spawning Hssiss, but only once . Just to see what would happen. :D But I didn't get the influence-success XP points from Disciple, G0-T0 and HK, and I didn't finish the 'Vogga the Hutt' quest (grr...)

I'm ...
