Whats the cap on major and minor skills?

Hi all, I'm a Breton that focuses in all things magic. I'm lvl 9 atm and for some reason whenever I level my total Magicka points are only icnreasing by about 2 a level. My understanding is that since u keep getting new summons every few lvls and your intel only gets higher they scale nicely. It doesn't really make the items good it just means the chance of any type of magical item is increased on a drop. I'm not sure how it applies tho i havn't really cared enough to test it.

All those type of doors are for certain quests. The small prisondoor is aprt of Heirloom part 2. i liked this quest alot. All you do is kill a wimpy demon and you get a crapload of loot for it.

Um i got no idea what you mean by book 2? As for guarding characters what do you mean? If you mean just keeping them alive use a shield tank to spam provoke and keep agro.

I read you stopped gaining expirience from mobs after you were over 5 lvls higher then them. if this is true the highest would be 6 lvls over the highest lvl mob on a difficulty? dunno if this is true or not tho.

Your problem is you have no good tank. I cannot stress enough how important a NPC tank with a shield and tons of hit points is. I had NO trouble defeated these three in about 10 minutes. Mainly just need to know what the max ammount of points is in each skill. My character is going to be a dual-wielding elf and i wanna plan out how many i can put into each major skill. Thanks.
