One thing i found with pulling is that if you shoot an arrow or something at it , there is a much greater chance that the surrounding monsters will come. If you just let the sight of you aggro the monster then only it will come. Hope that helps.

Magic is so cheezy....
Haveing played through the game numerous times but never really utilizeing the magic spells beyond breach and haste, i decided to try a fighter/mage solo. It did take long to realize how easy it is to take advantage of the game mechanics. As an example , if you cast mislead before you enter a battle ...

One thing to keep in mind is that the monk is designed to be the best at "dealing damage", they can stand behind another tank and still hit. They arnt necessarily the best "tank" but they are the best at doing damage. There arnt really any weapons that compare to the monks fists +4 , 1-20 damage ...

For straight melee i like the Monk , love the big damage output at higher levels, hide in shadows and the inate abilities.
For a Duel class i like the ranger/cleric , you get all the cleric and all the druid spells, with long lasting spells like rightous magic even a ranger dueled to cleric early ...

After much thought on this subject , i went with the F/M multi, for a few reasons. First with the multi there is no "down period" where your at a very low lvl and anything you try is tough (my decision was based on solo play). Second i tend to me more of a melee guy, so i do like getting the high ...

Not like diablo2, more like Everquest. In everquest there is a respawn time after you kill a monster , either the same monster can spawn in that spot next time , or it could be a rare monster . The rare monster can have a variety of diff items it can drop, so it might take a while for you to ...

Id like to see random drops off the boss mobs (so you cant always count on the same item). Dungeons that respawn after a certian time, with a wide range of what monsters will spawn in , and what items they drop , with there being common items , and rare items off rare spawns. I feel this would add ...

Go to watchers keep , initiate the dialog and get to the point when you can enter the dungeon. The merchant there sells a +4 shortsword that your monk can use. As far as the celest fury or the scarlet thing, i cant see why you would use either, the monk does FAR more damage useing his fists, as well ...
