Last I checked almost all classes could hit lvl 40 at end game.

BIG F---'N diference between lvl 31 and lvl 40. Also if this is the conclusion of this here Bhaal Spawn, I guarantee I load the exp cap remove the second it comes out.

On a one to one fight a level 31 monk with say? at least 6 attacks a round. Charges a mage who first round casts lower res by 70%. Now one on one good changce the mage will live to see another day. Then again with my back up mage casting breach and at 31 slinging that nice lovely 9th level ...

In my spell book goes skull trap, but I use fireballs more, because of the wand of fire. Also most spell protections that stop either of these spells damage are removed with breach.
