In my version of the game (german), you can only turn the auto level on/off at the chacracter cheet. Now, on the character sheet, it says "turn auto level ON" when it is turned off, and vice versa. I loved the Malkavian character, especially his wit and dry humor, which almost none of the NPC comprehend. This made him appear superior to humanity, a trait which I missed with the Toreador character. It takes a fair knowledge of greek mythology to understand all of the Malkavians' lines though ...

Never having been to LA, or the US, I wonder in how far the landmarks in the game resemble reality. I would imagine that troika exaggerated (added) the gothic element in the architecture, but would one be able to recognise the downtown skyscrapers from he game?
