Thanks. Went up through the vents and got to my haven. Now the elevator works again.

After I went to Hollywood for the first time, I went back to downtown LA to check my email at the Skyline Apartments. The elevator will not open, you are not even offered the option of pressing the button. So do I have a new haven I don't know about? How do I check my email?

I have killed Jezeble Locke and talked to the Damsel at the Last Round about more Plague Bearers.

I can't find any homeless person that will talk to me, nor can I find Oil Can Bill anywhere around the Last Round Bar.

Can anyone help?
