LA Haven disappeared

After I went to Hollywood for the first time, I went back to downtown LA to check my email at the Skyline Apartments. The elevator will not open, you are not even offered the option of pressing the button. So do I have a new haven I don't know about? How do I check my email?

Did you by any chance enter the Skyline building through the sewers? I did this once and the game thought I was a Nos, because that's how they get into the building. I had to go downstairs and climb through the airduct by the computers and go up the ladder to my apartment. At some point, the game figured out I wasn't a Nos, and let me go back downstairs in the elevator. It was just a weird bug. Try the airduct and maybe you can check your email.

Thanks. Went up through the vents and got to my haven. Now the elevator works again.
